Privacy Policy
We process personal data exclusively within the framework of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Below we explain the nature, scope and purpose of that processing.
1. Controller

2. Access data and hosting
When you visit the site, server log files are processed (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type, referrer). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (security and stability of operations). Logs are deleted after 30 days at the latest.
3. User account and contract handling
To buy and sell leads we process master and billing data (name, company, address, email, tax details, payment information) on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Statutory commercial and tax retention periods (6 and 10 years) remain unaffected.
4. Lead data
Leads contain personal data of prospects (e.g. name, phone number, email, ZIP code). Sellers warrant that valid, documented consent of the data subject exists for passing the data on for advisory purposes.
Sellers and buyers are independent controllers within the meaning of Art. 4 (7) GDPR for their respective processing. We provide the technical platform and release lead data to the buyer only after a completed purchase.
5. Payment providers
We use payment service providers to process payments. They process payment data on their own responsibility; we transmit only the details required for the payment transaction (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
6. Cookies and analytics
We use technically necessary cookies for session management (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, Sec. 25 (2) TDDDG). Optional analytics or marketing cookies are only set after your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
7. Recipients and third-country transfers
Data is only shared with processors (hosting, payment processing, email delivery) under agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Any transfer to third countries is based on standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21 GDPR). Consent given can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
