Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the use of the OG-Leads.us lead marketplace by buyers and sellers. The offer is directed exclusively at businesses (B2B).
1. Scope and role of the marketplace
OG-Leads.us provides a platform on which sellers list leads and buyers purchase them. The purchase agreement for a lead is concluded solely between seller and buyer. We do not become a party to that agreement.
2. Registration
Use requires an account with complete and truthful information. Credentials must be kept confidential. We may suspend accounts where there is reasonable suspicion of abuse or a breach of these terms.
3. Leads, quality and consent
The seller warrants that every listed lead is based on valid, documented consent of the data subject and that the stated exclusivity, age and origin are accurate.
Leads sold more than once must be labelled accordingly. Leads marked as exclusive may only be sold once.
4. Prices, commission and billing
All prices are net, plus applicable sales tax. The seller sets the price. A marketplace commission applies to each successful sale and is shown in the seller area. Invoices are generated automatically.
5. Buyer protection and complaints
Complaints (e.g. wrong phone number, unreachable, no interest in advice) must be reported through the account within 4 days of purchase. Justified complaints are refunded or credited.
6. Buyer obligations
The buyer uses the contact data solely for their own advisory work in the purchased line of business. Resale, enrichment for third parties or promotional use beyond that purpose is prohibited.
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of material contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
8. Term, termination, final provisions
The user relationship runs indefinitely and may be terminated at any time with 14 days' notice. German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin where permitted. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains effective.
